Can anyone help me please. I cancelled my sky weeks ago, to say it was an ordeal is an understatement. When it was all eventually sorted, there was credit on my account which I was told would be refunded to my bank and I would receive it in 3-5 working days.
I have now called 6/7 times as I still have not received it, and each time I have been told my refund has been processed it, yet the credit is still sitting on the account. It's beyond a joke to be honest and I have made contact with com reg but all I want is my money back. Any advice?

They keep telling me it's done though

And why would it take 6 weeks anyway? That's ridiculous!
I've spoken to all different agents and each one of them is telling me that they're processing the refund while I'm on the phone, I asked for an email or remittance slip to confirm and was told I'd have it by the end of the day. Of course that didn't happen

So based on my experience when a credit is refunded, you will be sent an email from Sky ( mine came within 24 hours of speaking with the agent), confirming that the refund is being processed and will be in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
If you haven't received an email I'd be inclined to say that they perhaps haven't processed the refund.
If you'd like we can flag this to the Sky Messaging Team, who may be able to reach out and firstly verify in the refund request has been made, or if not they should be able to process it for you.
