Refund upfront payment
I have ordered the iPhone 16 pro max from sky but sky cancel my order and deducted 76£ as an upfront payment now 23 days has passed but still I did not get my refund.can you proceed my refund as soon as possible.

You will need to call Sky to chase this up. After failing credit checks it normally takes about 14 days but may have been delayed due to Christmas and New Year.
