I was chsrged £49 for a puck and sky glass. I had ordered wrong size of my tv so cancelled order and reordered. I am still waiting gir my £49 to be refunded as i repaid it when i reordered. Its been 10 days now.

@THerbert Any refunds can take upto 14 working days, so if you haven't received it by next Thursday give sky a call
