Refund message received but not the refund

I have received a message saying your refund has been processed but I have not received the refund in my account.

Can someone help me getting the refund back?

What was the refund for? Does it show in your Sky account?

I had placed an order for a new phone but it got canceled on 18th August.

Till now I have not received any refund. Received this message this morning but when I checked my bank app , there was no refund made to it.

I have clicked on the link it takes me to home page of sky.

And in my account I can see billing only I don't know where to look for refund in my account.

As they sent you that message today you need to give it up to 5 working days for it to  appear in your account so if they have processed it then you are looking at next Friday at the latest.
