Broadband contract ended but i am still charged for it
Hi, i canceled my broadband in April, the phone line was suspended, i sent the router over but for some reasons i am still paying for the service. I contacted the sky by phone, few times, they say it will be solved but it was not. Now is september... i payed more than 160 pounds for a service that i do not receive. I do not know what else to do apart of cancelling my direct debit.

Cancelling the direct debit is definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. You won't be able to call Sky for starters because any call will only direct you to set up a payment method.
You've reported it to Sky who appear to be having issues resolving it. You may have to consider making a complaint
