@Ellie547  Yes it will be possible just obtain and keep indefinitely proof of postage when you do return it

once you have returned it leave at least a week then post back here and we can alert sky for you

You can get refunded but this will not happen until you have returned all the equipment.

You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

So you have proove youhave then returned it you will need to get proof of posting when sending this off. After which give it a few weeks then post back on here for help in getting a refund.

Re: Refund for equipment charged that was not returned

Hi, I have now posted all the equipment back and the advice was to notify on here so that someone could chase my refund. It has been a couple of weeks and have not heard anything so just posting to hope someone can chase this

@Ellie547

We understand returns are taking about 2 weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received. It might be a bit early yet. By the way did you keep your proof of posting it back?

@Ellie547

Personally I'd leave it a bit longer. There is no guarantee the equipment has been processed yet. Also, without the proof of posting any reimbursement of the non return fees woukd be at Skys discretion.
