Refund advance payment
My plan was cancelled by you after being approved and paying the 114£ deposit and to date I have not received my money back and this has been more than 30 days

First they accepted my order and mailed me about delivery time. I was waiting but then i got mail that your order returned back to sky. After then I visited sky almost 4/5 times. They told me they submitted my refund process but I didn't get any refund

If they have processed your refund it can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account so if it has been more than this then you will need to call them again.
