Hi there can some one that no s what there doing at sky please switch me back on I owe a bill but that is being sorted and it as never stop my streaming tv iv payed my bill now a week in and still no good I'm disabled live in bed av to kids find it very hard to sort out with you some one at sky said it's my bill that's stopping me getting it back on it's not iv spoken to the dept collectors there all difrent contracts and if that's switched of why av I just add fast fibre fitted and cheaper bye the way from you lot that no the problem as well keep getting passed about [removed] it's not on iv been with sky over 12 years give me some respect please just in case you for get me

youve posted in a thread about sky glass / stream missing playlist. You need to post in the billing section.
FYI - this is a customer forum and juding by your post you ll need to contact sky directly to sort.

Your post is difficult to follow. Sounds like your services are restricted.
Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe you owe (regardless of any individual circumstances) and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method.
Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a full payment.
If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).
Restrictions of services are automatic and are only applied due to a missed payment/s. Agents at Sky can’t override the process even if you’re told otherwise. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
