Billed twice for devices

I have been billed twice for 1 of the devices on this months bill. Nothing has changed at all so don't know what's happened. Please help

Can you be specific - which devices?

 

Note we're customers here, not Sky customer services, but we may be able to guide you on what to do.

Been charged for 2 mobile phones and 1 ipad. But the account number for the mobile phones are the same

As a first step, check the dates you're being billed for - you might be paying for different periods, not the same one.

Have you made a manual payment, if not does the charge cover the same date or different ones ?

You could post an image of your bills showing the amounts you're being billed for and somebody here might be able to see what's going on. Failing that, I'm afraid it's a matter of calling. If you decide to post an image, please obscure any personal information, such as your Sky account number and your mobile number.

As per what @Mark39 has said an image of this bill would help and if you do post this please blank out phone, account and credit agreement numbers.

Hi,

I was charged for two payments in a month as i changed the date for my direct debit to be taken out of my account. The double payment was taken in one go and the account has since corrected itself (I.e - one payment per month as it should be)
