Not removing a pack i dont want

I had to renew my broadband contract with sky and told them I wanted to remove sky cinema the person I was talking to might either not understand English or was new because its still there. Sky is to expensive and im looking to move away but how do I talk to someone in the uk and get them to remove cinema and now other packs? I dont want to talk to someone overseas they dont understand English or what im trying to say.

@Gamer01000 You can't choose location , you will be connected to the first available agent regardless of location, the only thing i can suggest is you keep calling until you get someone you believe is uk based

@Gamer01000

Any cancellation of Sky Cinema will involve a 31 day notice period so depending on when you called that might explain why it's still there.
