Re: Cancelled broadband. Do I get a refund?

Do not trust Sky with refunds, they will take your money and run

Sky promised me a refund within 2 weeks and now it's been 7 weeks and still no refund. I can't contact customer support and my bank won't help me.

Is there a particular reason why you can't phone them?

Have you followed this up with Sky? If they owe you money, they'll refund it.

Re: Cancelled broadband. Do I get a refund?

I've tried calling Sky, emailing them, Facebook customer services, I just cannot get hold of anyone who will give me straight answers. I just want my £25 back. It's down right theft they took it in the first place. I am tired of big companies just walking all over customers. The staff seem to forget that customers are people and have other bills to pay for - I can't afford to keep losing money whenever a company just wants to take money out of my account, and to be told I can't do anything about it was just cold. But Sky was right. There's nothing customers can do when they take your money, because they can, and they will do it again.
