I wish to cancel Sky Glass, haven't even had it delivered yet. My sky app states there's no order there and the email regarding my tracking states that the order has been canceled by the retailer. I had a sales call on Friday and paid the £10 upfront. I've since noticed that I have to pay extra for Disney + which with my Sky Q I pay for anyway. I have the netflix add on. I currently pay 58.99 for my service. Was offered the same service(they said) for £68 which was including having spotify aswell, and Amazon prime, which I worked out to be a lot cheaper as I'm paying 16.99 for spotify separately. I don't think you can use the sky spotify outside of the house. With my current account I can use it in the car. They said there are speakers that come with the set, but I want to put my speakers into the set. I looked at an image of the rear of the set and it didnt have a jack plug for my stereo. Also Ive read that the bluetooth is only for the remote. so I'd have to use their speakers but I dont wish too.
Do I ring the main sky number to cancel?

Yes you need to call Sky to cancel the order.
