So i was leaving sky tv and account was 121 in credit on 27.2.23 the service was 1 day from ending when i got a call from win back team. To sum up keep exactly the same package with contract from 27.2.23. Deal was 44 goinv up to 49 when new prices take effect. My march bill says - 21 then april 44 may 49. Where has my 121 credit gone as by maths i should have no bill till may at least. I doubt a government accountant could dissect a sky bill.

Sorry probably me but dont understand where the 121 credit has gone and if still in credit at end of march why has it not been deducted of my 44 charge? I know they charge a month i advance but thats only 44 + a few days end of feb.

So looks like not only do they want march upfront but April as well. They have also charged me 10 admin which the team stated would be voided and as i way on holiday when they offered the deal the agent said he was applying loss of service credit which is missing. This mis selling happens every single time with sky as deal prices offered are not relected in the bills later on.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfter your March bill is paid you're still £27.24 in credit as @caesarome posted. That suggests that your March bill comes to £94.63, but click on the March bill to see the details, and whether I've understood it correctly.

Edited to add: I can see both images now, and yes, you're being billed from 27 February to 25 April - nearly two months, which is where your credit has gone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt all looks OK to me as well because as @Mark39 has said you are being billed for two months which is being paid for by the credit you have on your account so going forward you do not need to pay your bill manually as it will be taken automatically from you each month.
