Account in credit after leaving sky

Is that correct as thought it was a month in advance? Also my deal was 44 a month until price rise then 49. Iam still in cooling off period and sick of  sky forgetting what was agreed.

Ok. So if iam 27 in credit on march direct debit any reason my april bill is 44 and not 17? Will speak to sky as need to know why my 121 credit has only lasted till april. Took out new contract on 44 a month. So complicated these bills. Also need my admin fee back as agreed.
