Quit Sky

I'm trying to cancel my Sky subscription, but no matter what number I phone (not very good at the on line stuff), I get the same robitic info about my account status.

Are the offices manned in the evening ? and if not, what is the best time to actually speak to a human ?

What is the best number to call on ?

Help, please, I'm getting very frustrated.

There is no best number so when calling say nothing when asked and remain on the line.

We are all just fellow customers on here like yourself,you  need  to  keep  calling sky  to cancel your subscription

If the automated service is telling you that your services are restricted because of an overdue payment, you need to sort that out before you can speak to an adviser. You can't cancel while there's an overdue payment.
