I paid my broadband last night it says poor broadband also I looked on my banking app it says pending what can I do TV is missing things missing when they talk on TV thanks Julie

@Jal it will take a few days for your payment through the banking system to clear before Sky will restore the service. Sky's customer service agents are unable to speed this up so sorry you will have to be patient the fact this is a 3 day weekend wont help
