If not then I would just see what happens as that is an email address that Sky uses and that does read as if it was sent from them as I take it there are no links in it that they want you to click through ?

Nothing on the next bill either.
the My Sky App is a link in the email it didn't come through when I copied and pasted.
my concern is the fact that I have not made any contact.
Reassuring that it is a sky email. My just be to the wrong person!
