I've never contacted sky

Have you left Sky or overpaid in that past on your bills ?

No and no credit showing

And nothing appears on your next bill ?

If not then I would just see what happens as that is an email address that Sky uses and that does read as if it was sent from them as I take it there are no links in it that they want you to click through ?

Nothing on the next bill either.

the My Sky App is a link in the email it didn't come through when I copied and pasted.

my concern is the fact that I have not made any contact.

Reassuring that it is a sky email. My just be to the wrong person!

Then it is an legit email from Sky so you will just have to see what happens over the course of the next week !
