on 21/12 I recived and email to claim a £75 reward for referring a friend. I followed the link andhaving followed the instructions I was advised an email would be sent to my email address (which is correct) with the voucher. I have not recived that email (checked junk mail as well to be certain).
Going back to the original site I am advised that I have already claimed the voucher and o contact Sky. No SKY helps specific for this so a little lost now.

I have the same problem with no email received when claiming reward voucher.
