Priority Customers

My account is managed by Sky Priority Customers - who are not responding to my email (I am disabled and cannot communicate via phone)

Is there any way that someone could give them a nudge to get a reply from them ?

I would like a Q upgrade (my HD box is broken) but can't do this on-line

Yes I am but my account is administered by priorirty customers and I deal with them directly

@Anonymous afraid not. We have no contact with the Priority team. You're being a bit optimistic expecting a reply so soon, bearing in mind you only contacted them an hour or so ago.....

This is what I received from Lesley (accessibility)

 

"We are unable to access your account on this service, so unable to help with your request.

You can call them on 03442*****"

not very helpful - I am unable to speak !

Can a family member, friend or neighbour call on your behalf (with you helping them through any security questions) and see how far you get?

I believe as @Anonymous has been assigned to the Priority team, any other point of contact will be unable to help.

What is the best deal that I can get on Signature + sport + a mini box on Q ?

Because NEW customers get it for £22 + £18 + £10

yet when I try the link - I get told "not available"

For the best deal, the,thing to do, as is always the case, is to contact Sky directly.

For my negotiation, cancellation and subsequent negotiation I used the chat/message function.

 

TBH they offered a good deal but still wasn't low enough 😁
