My account is managed by Sky Priority Customers - who are not responding to my email (I am disabled and cannot communicate via phone)
Is there any way that someone could give them a nudge to get a reply from them ?
I would like a Q upgrade (my HD box is broken) but can't do this on-line

Yes I am but my account is administered by priorirty customers and I deal with them directly

Can a family member, friend or neighbour call on your behalf (with you helping them through any security questions) and see how far you get?

What is the best deal that I can get on Signature + sport + a mini box on Q ?
Because NEW customers get it for £22 + £18 + £10
yet when I try the link - I get told "not available"

For the best deal, the,thing to do, as is always the case, is to contact Sky directly.
