Hi I have been with sky now for a few good years I'm on my 80s old age however I'm been getting charged £61.75 for a good few months for my SKY BROADBAND unlimited
With Sky talk anytime extra is this not to much to pay?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Elizabeth69 You will need to call Sky to negotiate a new deal which will mean a new minimum term of 18 or 24 months.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

That does appear to be quite a bit, so I take it you do not have a Sky Tv subscription, if not then you might want to call Sky to see if you can get a discount out of them. 150 is the free number to call them on from your landline phone and when you do try saying nothing if you are asked questions by a bot.

If your discounts have ended the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
