I am with Sky, I have their tv. I cannot for the life of me get into my account as it has been hacked. Sky is not helping AT ALL...Their stupid little bot has nothing to offer me in the way of help. I need to speak to a real person, but can I get them, the answer is NO I can't. If anything went wrong with my Sky tv, I've had it. What is wrong with this Uk of today. seems to me the only way is try and go with someone else but how will I tell them I want out, I don't know, they are not listening at all.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dai8 Sky.com has NOT been hacked, if it had the whole site including this community would be offline or worse.
What makles you thonk the domain has been hacked?
If you're not able to login to your account that is an account specific issue, to say sky.com has been hacked is at best naive and at worse misleading.

Because I was phoned from an 0333 number telling me they were from Sky and asking me for details that Sky should already know, I told him this and said I would get back to him and put the phone down. I put the phone number up on my browser and it was a Anrufercheck.de. I put this in my browser and it was all in a language I have never seen before. I also had an alert from MALWAREBYTES to change my details on Sky as they seen a problem there but I can't get Sky to even tell them what has happened to me.

That does not mean Sky has been hacked by putting aphone number in a browser it's possible the search think thinks it's an ip address and directs you to a website in german, .de is a german suffix for websites in Germany.
Did you put sky.com in your browser? What happens then? Does it let you login to your account?
If you want to search a number search "who called" me then put the number in the websites own search engine, not your browsers search bar.
Have you tried logging into your account through the correct address? https://www.sky.com/signin

I have put all the details in reply to someone else on here. Believe me it is true. I have even downloaded the app and still have problems.

There is nothing amiss with the Sky website but could be to your account if you have given them access which it isn't clear from your post what you did or didn't do,

I can do nothing with sky.com or my sky in my browser. And why did I have a message from MALWAREBYTES about my Sky account as well.

When did you do that as this is the only thread/post from you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dai8 this is all a bit vague to be able to offer much help. What exactly is the error message you see when you try to log in using the link @GD1 posted. I'll repeat it here for convenience: https://www.sky.com/signin

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dai8 Perhaps you could advise what info you gave to this caller/scammer as it's likely by giving them details of your account you've allowed them to access it.
It could also be malwarebytes giving a false positive, have you tried disabling it when you access the login link posted by both myself and @Mark39

It could be that be accessing that German website you have downloaded something like Spyware or even a virus. The message could be related to the fact you were trying to access the Sky website at the time the message popped up.

Hi. Luckily I didn't say much at all. They asked for my mothers maiden name, which I told them, they asked if my phone number on my account ended with certain digits and I replied yes. When they were about to ask another question it clicked with me that they should already know all these questions and before they went any further I told them I will get back to them and put the phone down. That's when I put their number in on my browser and that's what I came up with. Odd that MALWAREBYTES has warned me too, after all they are on my Tablet for security, so I am going to listen, especially as I cannot get Sky at all.

Do what exactly?

Absolutely not.
