I recently upgrade my sky broadband to fast fibre 100 and everything is working fine. However approximately 1 week before the change over from my old sky broadband I was able to access the MYSKY app and see my tv,broadband and Mobile products all under one login. I contacted SKY and they told me I had to create a new profile and login separately now to be able to manage my products... I did this but it is a pain in the rear to be honest each time I want to check something remembring to login and out and the correct emails and password configurations....
Does anyone know if you can merge accounts or sky id's?
