Re: Price drop
If there is a cheaper package that has appeared then while it would be for new customers there is no halm in you trying to call Sky to see if they will put you on it.

Re: Price drop
@Richardjo252 What you see advertised is likely new customer pricing only
you would have benefited from such offers when you originally signed up so aren't entitled to them again unless you cancelled and rejoin in 18/24 months
all providers do the same so you will likely be in the same position if you were to move

Re: Price drop
It was a new customer offer and they refused to change my existing because I was "given an offer" when I joined. Which I didn't and certainly not at £35 a month with faster broadband. I think it's disgusting service.

Re: Price drop
Blimey you sound like an employee! I didn't get any such discount like they're offering with this. £15 a month cheaper with a faster package?! Id happily have paid the same as what I am now if they offered a faster broadband. That surely wouldn't cost them anymore but would have made me slightly happier!

Re: Price drop
Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and be able to return to Sky as a new customer.
