Hi, I've just looked at my most recent bill and comparing the individual pricing on each of the elements on the invoice they have all gone up - all the in-Contract discounts have been altered without any explaination.
I understand there was a price increase in April this year but my contract isn't due to end until the 29/09/2024 so why are all my prices suddenly changing?
When looking at the invoice for next month the discounts are going to be decreased even further - I do not understand this as they should surely be active until the contract expires?
