We cancelled Broadband in May 2024 as end of contract and services ended in mid June. There is £45.45 credit on Beoadband Account - it's now 19th July all skys equipment is returned and received. I need the money back as have now a new provider.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. This will be longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.
If you’d rather, we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do.

please may I raise credit through my account
there is my bank account set up for tv account for direct debits every 28th of each month so it's there ready to credit back the broadband £45.45 credit balance back to me.

of this page then type in it when you see it.
