On the 23rd June 2024, I owed £719 for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. I paid £519 towards the total owed, which did bring the total balance owed down to £200. Since 23rd June, my next bill should have shown another £28 deducted from the now £200 owed to bring the balance down to £172, but it still shows that I owe £200 instead of £172. All other devices that I have with Sky are showing that my latest June - July bill has been paid and deducted from the total owed, not the iPad Pro 12.9 inch. I want to pay off the remaining balance which should be £172. If I leave it until my July bill is created, the total balance should then be £144.

Called them in the end because I couldn't find the answer here. Apparently, according to a technical issue at their end, the system had generated my June - July bill but not yet sent the request to my bank to pay the direct debit. I have now paid my bill over the phone to keep my account up to date, and to save from any future issues with going into debt with Sky. I was told that If I keep it "As it is" and wait until August, my August bill would have been double.
