Hi,
I've been having issue for the last 2 weeks and no resolution yet from Sky.
Trying to link my second Sky Stream puck on the Sky website but having major issues when trying to enter my postcode nothing happens and it doesn't continue to the next page.
Have flagged to Sky that this is not an isssue with the puck which works perfectly but instead I can't access the website at all. They have still tried to send me another Stream puck for some reason.
Does anyone know how to resolve this so I can get into my account as I can't access anything including my mobile account?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Ensure firestick and ITVx profiles are synchronised and postcode is a valid UK postcode.....Voila!
