I have tried to add a family member to my account but their invitations have not been received. The invites have been sent to three different email addresses and junk mail folders have been checked. I see that there is a couple of other threads about this issue. Has it ever been resolved please?
I'm having exactly the same issue and help is useless. The emails aren't getting through. And can't seem to find an answer. If anybody know how to get this working it would be awesome. Or do we need to get them to set up a sky ID and us link it? Thank you
