@Deanomag

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking quite a few weeks to process equipment at their warehouse and that will probably have lengthened over the holiday period.

We would usually be able to escalate this to Sky via the Messaging Team on here but I'm afraid the option hasn't been available since the summer and we don't know when it'll return.

You need to contact Sky by calling in, using Sky Assistant or via social media to try to get this sorted out which should be straightforward as you have the proof of posting.

Please don't try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don't allow them on the forum.

Re: Returned equipment but saying not returned

Hi - I'm having a similar issue although I generated the returns label via the Royal Mail website not realising I had to go through a cancellation process and they're saying that I have to find where it's been sent to even though I have proof of postage and that the device has been signed for. It's very frustrating and has now been escalated.

The address it's gone to is a unipart distribution centre. Any advice welcome.

If you have the proof of posting that looks like a till receipt it should have the address or at least the postcode of the destination. It's usually a CV postcode. Please don't post the address on here.

Re: Returned equipment but saying not returned

Thanks Daniel yes have now sent screenshot of proof of posting to Sky. It's an XX postcode! Which brings up a unipart distribution centre when you google it. That was the address the Royal Mail website returns label tells you to send it to. Although I now realise I should not have done that.
