You're not contacting Sky by posting on a public forum. You need to call them about anything regarding payments on your account.

To remove Sky Sports you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

You can't refuse to pay a bill. That would cause you much greater problems whereby all your services would be restricted, late payment fees would be added, you wouldn't be able to call Sky, you would not be able to cancel anything and Sky could eventually pass on the debt to a Debt Recovery company and it could affect your credit score.

@Kelise

Do these charges cover the same dates and have you made any changes to your package recently ?
