I have tried to activate hbo using the email and password for sky account but it keeps bringing an error message.
I have contacted hbo and they said it was a problem with SKY. Has anyone had the same problem and can help?

Hi @Mireia It is not clear, but I hope you are not trying to log on to HBO Max with your Sky account log on? You need to create a HBO Max account and use the new account UserID & Password to log on. https://www.sky.com/tv/apps/hbo-max
