I have payed my December bill so why do I have to pay £130 on the 27th Jan 2023

I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services.

 

What date is your normal billing date and what is the usual or expected amount?

You haven't provided enough details for us to help @Samantha+colcloug , if your bill was on 27th December then your next one would be on the 27th January or are you questioning the amount you have to pay if so are you a new customer to Sky and what were you expecting to pay ?
