@Muppett51  What calls package do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There's no such thing as local calls on Sky Talk. It depends on

  • which Talk package you're on
  • what time of day you made the call and
  • the duration of the call ie; over 60 mins?

@Muppett51 if you haven't been charged before for calls to 01, 02 or 03 numbers, you have a call package.

 

But you're still charged for calls lasting more than an hour, which may be the reason why you're seeing a charge now.
