@Muppett51 What calls package do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There's no such thing as local calls on Sky Talk. It depends on

which Talk package you're on
what time of day you made the call and
the duration of the call ie; over 60 mins?

@Muppett51 if you haven't been charged before for calls to 01, 02 or 03 numbers, you have a call package.

But you're still charged for calls lasting more than an hour, which may be the reason why you're seeing a charge now.
