Payment
Hello,
every single month I face late charges however it is not because I didn't try to pay. I need help with this, also how come it is 35£ monthly? I was told it was less

We're other customers here and cannot see your bills...
Even if you tried to pay (and didn't) then a late payment charge can be incurred.

Do you have a direct debit set up or a continuous card payment set up to make these payments as both should ensure the payment is made on time?
Remember the annual price increase has kicked in this month as well.

@Ana12338 The late fees apply because the payment failed to be made on time the fact you made an attempt to pay doesn't come into as its your responsibility to make sure that the payment is made on time
so why is the payment not going through when you try to make it?
