I've been trying to make a payment and change my debit card, but in my account says that the page is restricted

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Foteinidalgkits That error seems to be popping up more frequently, unfortunatly there is nothing the forum can do to assits, you need to call Sky so they can look at whats causing that message.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
