Payment sent back?

I have had two payments come out my account and then according to sky they have been sent back? Now had my service cut off - been a customer for over 20 years and very disappointed with sky

If you weren't aware, this is a customer to customer forum so we don't have any access to your account or the situation you're in.

 

Your best bet is to speak to Sky directly so they can help you, but in the meantime if you have any further context it might help someone give some tips. What led up to this?

Was there enough funds to pay the bill as one reason why this would happen is if there wasn't enough to cover the bill.

Unfortunately you may not be able to speak to Sky until you pay what they say is owed. Any calls will only prompt you to pay.
