If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.


Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. Restrictions will have been applied automatically so agents can’t override this process.

If your services are restricted any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant.
