Hey,
My sky account is showing as suspended on here but my tv is working. it says my payment has been pending from my bank since 29th December however it is also for nearly double what i usually pay. Does anyone know why this may be please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour online bill will give you a breakdown of the amount to pay. If you've been with Sky for a while, your discounts may have expired leading to the increased bill.

Find out moreI've noticed that occassionally on the payment date i get the same message on my account but thats because Sky haven't yet made the request to take the payment. When they make the request for payment via the billing method, the bill's status changes to paid and that "restriction" message dissappears from my account ( even though the services weren't restricted).
So it appears to be a bug in My Sky and just shows that message as soon as the payment date starts, even though Sky have not have requested payment yet. Obviously the date Sky request payment may change due to weekends and bank holidays, so it does seem like a strange bug.
When you look at your current bill status here https://www.sky.com/bill, what status done it have next to it, (due, paid, overdue etc).
