Payment issue

Hello, so my bank says I've made the payment for my sky broadband, but my statement says I made the payment but then got the payment returned so it says I missed a payment. However the statement still says £0.00 in debt or credit. Do I need to make a one off payment to correct this or will it be taken out next month or what? Thank you!

If you pay by a direct debit and for whatever reason this has failed then Sky will try again in 10 days time so you do not need to male a manual payment as doing so will not stop them from trying to take it again.

 

If it says you owe £0.00 on this bill total then it might be that the payment did go through.
