Payment fault

My bill is due to be paid today i have logged onto my sky account to pay the bill. The bill is showing as paid although no money has left my account

It will show as paid when it is in the process of being taken so if you check again tomorrow you should see the money has left your account.

 

As you have a payment method setup then you do not need to make any manual payment.

Your T's and C's state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up therefore there's no requirement to make a manual payment unless Sky request one.

Yes but it says in my bank account that its due to come out in 2 days

It doesn't matter what your bank account says as the payment is being processed now so check back tomorrow to see what is then shows.

Do NOT be tempted to make a manual payment. That will only go towards next months bill.,
