Broadband bill

My sky broadband was activated on the 18th (today) but didn't work and I'm waiting for an engineer to come tomorrow. But I received a bill and my bill starts from today even though my broadband isn't working and haven't had any broadband. (I'm broadband only)

The billing will start no matter if it is;t working or not. If the engineer gets it working tomorrow then you could ask Sky to apply a one day credit to your account which will be pennies.
