Payment enquiry
I was going to cancel my sky but I spoke to an advisor who offered me a reduction on my bill this was to take place last month but I noticed my bills have stayed the same I'm not happy about this as I was told my bills would be cheaper

Did you call Sky or did they (or someone saying they were Sky) call you?
Do your future bills for August and September for example, reflect the amount you were expecting?

My sky bill was supposed to be changed to 69 per month but it wasn't changed last month can you explain why this is please
