Pay my Bill

Hi, 

 

I can't seem to see my upgrade options for Beoadband as it says I have an outstanding bill. When I check my billing it's showing the last bill was paid at the beginning of the month and I can see it's left my bank account. 

This is really frustrating and I don't know how to resolve!

You may well have to call I'm afraid if it's not working online.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks I did try that but really didn't get very far, more interested in selling me a tablet and sim deal than resolving the issue.
