Diamond now Silver

been with Sky Q for a long time and were previously Diamond and now ive signed up to Sky Stream we are now showing as silver. Any ideas on how go sort this out?

That would be me, and no, it's not resolved, but to be fair. I haven't bothered to follow it up with Sky.

This is not something new, in fact one of the Superusers had this issue which hasn't been resolved to my knowledge.
