Paramount plus keeps charging despite showing as cancelled

I had a paramount plus subscription via marketplace. This was cancelled and is showing as under my billing and accounts. But there is still a monthly renewal date and the charges continue. Spoken to paramount and they keep instructing to cancel via sky to resolve. Can someone advise how/who to contact to stop the monthly charges?

This is not yet resolved. I've been charged again for a cancelled service.
