I went to create a free subscription to Paramount+ (We have Sky Cinema), it asked to create a free account as per the instructions. However now that paramount account is asking to sign up and Sky ID thinks an account is already linked. New paramount account is with the same email I use for skyID if you need to contact Paramount directly
