Hello,
I've recently switched to EE from Sky. They had promised to pay my switching costs. They require three things to be visible on my bill...
1. My name
2. The termination charge
3. The disconnection date
Fairly standard, no? Except, when I log on to my broadband bill at Sky (I am paperless) there is no bill that shows all this information.
So my question is, how can I request from Sky either a mobile visible copy which I can print/screenshot or a paper bill to be sent to my address?
TIA
