In between houses living with parents

We were renting a house and in contract with Sky for broadband and Sky Stream. We are in the process of buying a house but have moved into parent's houses in the meantime. We want to take our contract to our new house and are prepared to keep paying for the contract until we get it, however the contract states we are unable to use our pucks at a different address.

What is the best way to keep our contract going with broadband and stream whilst we are living at our parents houses? Is there a way of temporary putting it on hold?

You can't pause a subscription and you'll need to cancel the broadband at your current address in order to allow new tenants to arrange their own broadband. Give Sky a call to discuss your options.
