Paid suspended account but still not on

My account was suspended but paid bill today . Money taken from bank but said on the app unsusseful ? And still not reactivated my account?

It isn't clear if the payment was successfully made or not and if it was have you also setup your monthly payment method again ?

I followed steps to make payment and set up payment method but when payment went through on the bank , the sky app said unsuccessful but money has been taken and still no sky paid apparently

Has the money been taken and returned perhaps, if not I think you will need to call your bank and/or Sky about this tomorrow.

Yeah so money has been taken but not replaced so I'm out of pocket and still without internet.

I would check the Sky app and your bank account tomorrow and if they both say the same then you will have to make some phone calls to them to find out what has happened.

@Lee1898  A payment paid by card will show as pending until it is authorised or returned.

 

Does the payment show pending on your banks app/website?

 

As advised speak to your Bank.
